A Word from Aspen...

Ten years ago, I reached a point of questioning if there was actually a way to change the repeated patterns of our individual experience.  With each book I read and each seminar I attended, "shifts" in my own life would occur, but in weeks, months, and sometimes years later, I would realize that fundamentally, nothing had changed.  The same patterns, the same relationships, the same "stuckness" still existed, and most importantly the way I felt inside kept rising to the surface.  

With every client I have worked with, the story is the same.  The books, the therapy, the 12 step programs, the seminars and workshops and even the spiritual practices were fundamentally not changing their patterns of experience. 


Even greater awareness of this common experience came through my work with some of the most sucessful and powerful individuals on the planet.  Some humanitarians, some philanthropists, some celebrities and some spiritual leaders....all influential.  While their life on the exterior looked different than the average person, their experience was the same, only with higher stakes because of the roles they play.  Under the surface they were struggling with "some" pattern of experience they had never been able to change.

I began to ask....."What is it going to take for permanent change to occur, in the areas that we as humans find ourselves stuck in."   I was a demand for this in my personal life and frankly, was losing my enthusiasm for working with people unless I could bring them lasting change.  There are hundreds upon thousands of coaches, healers, therapists in the world to assist in "growth".  I wanted to bring something different and profound (or nothing at all.) I was committed to not just being another opportunity for a "shift".  Instead I wanted to see massive, rapid and lasting change and for a person's whole life to work. (I didn't buy it that we were imprisoned to these patterns in our lives.  I never have.)  Pie in the sky?  Maybe.  But what I knew is that whatever we were doing wasn't getting to the CORE of what was really going on and were the causes of our frustration, our anxiety, our depression and fear, lack of confidence, feeling "not enough" and experiencing the overwhelm that was impacting our relationships, our health, our financial abundance and our every day experience.  

It was about the time of this inquiry that I discovered, it was not pie in the sky and found a key that unlocked not only my life and my gifts but also gave me a reason to continue helping others find theirs.  What I discovered was a profound and efficient way to pinpoint and identify what was at the CORE of our issues and a way to literally delete the CORE of anything no longer serving us.   

That was 10 years ago.  I am often asked, what exactly is it, that I do.  I never quite know how to answer that question.....I continue to use the tools and techniques that I discovered in 2003..... (I bring the work I have since developed of integrating our masculine and feminine energy) and I take people into "A Future of Their Own Choosing™. All separate retreats. But those are just the vehicles. is not waht is being asked.

Perhaps what I bring is best described in one of the highest compliments I could have ever received. It came from a client, who has known me for years and whom I now call friend.  It was unsolicited...the best kind of compliment there is and it went something like this.  

"Aspen, you've never had your own children, but you are a "lifegiver".  You give people life. It happens each and everytime someone works with you.  They get a little more of their life and another piece of themselves.  You connect people to themselves in a way they never have been connected so they can live their life in a way they've never lived.  All the protections that have kept them from it and you in such a gentle, caring way unravel that for them and help them to see themselves."  

(I was so taken by his words, that I wrote them down.  I was both humbled and honored.)  It is in fact my greatest joy to connect people to themselves and yes, it seems to happen like magic, each and every time I work with someone. (and I just seem to know how to do this.) That is my gift.  What is yours?

My guess is that you wouldn't be reading this now, unless you were wanting something more for your life and something beyond what you have received (or been able to "be") in the past. So my question to you is...What are YOU a demand for in your life?  How much longer and how much more of your life are you willing to have go by, without addressing the things that lock up and limit your life, your living and your joy...and what are you willing to do to make that happen?

A VOICE TO THE VOICES 

I have a particular interest in working with those who influence others and those that have an impact on the masses.  If that is you and we work together, I've not only helped you to remove the barriers to your purposes, I have helped many, because of the many lives you touch in the roles you play.

Everything I have been a demand and truly chosen has occurred.  I was a demand to "free myself" in the words of Olivia Newton-John..."of the chains that tied my Spirit down."  It happened and it continues to happen as I delve into the deeper recesses of my being.  Again, what are you a demand for?" and "What do you require for your life to "work"?


to resolve the things interfere with your joy, your inner peace, your daily ease, your freedom, your heart's desires...your life purpose and your relationships...and whatever else is not working in your life.  

the same things in some area of their life if not all.  There was some pattern of expereince that permeated and impacted everything.    Sometimes it was just one area of their life, money, health, relationships, sometimes it was a pattern that permeated every area of their life. 

I was a demand for being financially unemcumbered, it happened. I was a demand for feeling amazing in my body. I went from 160 to 120 lbs.  I was a demand to know what this other thigns was tha I couldn't put my finger on...it happened.  What would it take fo ryou to be at choice in every area of your life.  

I was able to do what would have taken years that the previous methods.....



I was a demand to free myself and it happened.  I was demand to be something greater and that happened.


 

 And those that are a demand for their own lives, whether it be what they are contributing or just what they want to experience.  What occurs during this four months and sometimes within the first interactions...... many reflect is something that would have never happened in years of therapy, or coaching or anything else they were pursuing and perhaps not at all.


 I honor each person's journey... the spirit in them, that comes out only when there is a notural disaster or  




that fundamentally these things weren't changing and what I now know is that it is the subtle patterns




These subtle patterns were actually just the compensations for things that we didn't want to feel or were too overwhelming to be with.   just under the surface that are causing the undesirable experiences and the barriers to your life, whether it be barriers to making money, finding yourself in the same kind of relationships over and over, or just unable to break free from how you feel inside every day. This is about getting to the CORE of these issues.....the underlying causes of your frustration, your anxiety, your depression and fear, your lack of confidence, your unhealthy habits and behaviors, and even your addictions all reflecting in the arenas of your life...beit relationships, money, well being.

THERE IS HOPE.  New hope for getting to the CORE of these issues and resolving them. For ten years I have watched the transformation that occurs efficiently and permanently using the cutting-edge field of Human Software Engineering and have cultivated my own gifts in a such a way that the layers of conditioning can easily be peeled away in just a few months time.  My interest is giving you a way for your whole life to be different and now that is my sole focus in the Tranformational Intensives I provide.  This is for those that want to 






The entire planet is being ushered into an awakening. Climate changes and weather-related crisis, financial collapse and ruin, governmental and world conflict have the attention of all of humanity. The old ways of operating are not working anymore, and there seems to be a great restructuring occurring. For individuals, the same is true. The degree to whihc...it now seems more poetent that ever and I wonder how that can be....with wall that has recently occured but it is a constant remnider that there is Aspen that is that and then when needed, the others wil come to the surface.
