From I - 70  take the Wadsworth exit North.   Go 1.1 miles.  As you approach the Arvada Bridge, move towards the left hand lane as you will be turning left just after going under the bridge.  Turn West (left) onto Ralston Road.   Make an immediate right at the Olde Town Tavern & Grill and before the Compass Bank.   "Journeys For Conscious LIving" is in the building on the right, just behind the Old Town Tavern & Grill and next to Gunther Toodys restaurant.

From Wadsworth heading South, turn into the street at Gunther Toodys Restaurant.  There is no street sign and it is just before Ralston.  The building is directly on your right.
