In this private retreat, the barriers to what you are wanting to accomplish personally or professionally will be addressed. This includes those things you are conscious of and aware are interfering with your movement forward, as well as those things that lie under the surface and are hidden. Aspen is highly skilled at addressing both, giving you the opportunity to no longer be held back in any aspect of your endeavors...free to choose your life in a way that works for you, is sustainable and is a "Future of Your Own Choosing".
One Day Private Retreats are held in the private setting of Aspen's residence at TLazy7 Ranch in Aspen, Colorado. The day begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 pm. Organic gluten-free lunch and libations throughout the day will be provided. Two 60-minute follow-up zoom or phone sessions are provided post retreat to support implementation. The "One-Day Private Retreat" with Aspen is $5,500.

Subject to Aspen's schedule, she will travel to your location or destination of your choice for your retreat. Additional fees apply for travel and accommodations.
If Aspen, Colorado is the destination of your choice, it is recommended that you fly in one full day prior to your retreat day with Aspen in order to acclimate to the high altitude. It is also suggested to give yourself a full day after your retreat to integrate your retreat experience in the pristine setting of the Aspen Valley before returning to your daily life. Flights arrive into Aspen daily, and recommendations for accommodations will be provided upon request.
