My reality has changed. In the upcoming months and year, I will be traveling a fair amount which means that what I will have available to offer you will also be changing.
There are a number of you that have for some time now, asked if I would provide some of the Int'l retreats I have provided in the past. I am going to squeeze one in here in Colorado before the next segments of my travel begin. This won't be for everyone. I say that because of what it will require of you. I encourage you to read this post in its entirety so that you will get the breadth of this and the inspiration behind it.
I am inspired to offer this Retreat before I go because of what I will be offering during a trip back to the States in January. my Transformational Intensive client that went from $3 million to $35 million in two months of our 4 months of working together, because of something new I am aware I have to offer you that creates this kind of expansion, because I want this kind of expansion for you, whatever your "$3 million to $35 million" is) and because you've asked.

This all came out of an organic process that I took myself through that I now realize is a powerful place I want to take others, simply because of what it created in my life and because of how I can now contribute to others. I have always offered you and can only offer you what I know and what I have learned and I can tell you that it has expanded immensely in the past year. to get why that is and what that is I hope you will read this to the end. For a year now, I have traveled to Denver once a month to bring you the Hot Seat Nights to share the stories that will inspire you that you can have your hearts desire and then debug you on that which is in the way of them. And in the last 6 months of the Hot Seat, there has been a constant message... and that is that we are at complete choice now in our lives. I haven't known entirely what that has meant, but I could feel the truth of it…..that if we cleared enough out of the way, and then could be brave enough to choose our life, we could have it and have it easily.
In the last 12 months, I have experienced this in ways I wouldn't have imagined. For me personally, It definately took some brevity. I always get the feedback that the stories and vulnerability that I share about my own life is what inspires you the most…so as you read further, you will hear some of what I am talking about.
I've realized that it is not even fun for me to go at this pace. I want to rocket ship forward in my life and I want to play with those who want to do the same in their lives and I know now that this is entirely possible.
It was as if the money represented this commitment
But right here, right now, I want to share with you...that I am more inspired than ever before to take you into a new reality of your life, places I've not taken you before, because I had not been there before. A place where no judgment exists in your world. No judgment of yourself and no judgment of others. This won't be for everyone because it means letting go of everything you thought you were so you can be who you really are. For some of you that will be terrifying and you won't want to go there and for others, it will be a "gimmie some of that".
This will be offered in the format of a Retreat called "A Future of Your Own Choosing". It will be offered either in conjunction with the annual January 1st, Completions and Creations: Completing 2010, Creating 2011 or as a separate retreat later in the month in between my travel abroad. I made a spontaneous choice to bring this to you and forfeit going home for Thanksgiving to bring this to you before I go abroad.
I will no longer be offering private sessions in the way I have in the past and the Hot Seat Nights will occur when the timing is right.
During my sabbatical I created something called the Transformational Intensive for $25k. I only wanted to work with those that were really ready to move mountains in their lives. So this was not about working with people who had money and in fact turned down a few, including a celebrity because they were using their money to get where they wanted to go and not really be in the game.
What I can tell you is that the first client I worked with, went from selling his usual $3 million a year which actually isn't much for a young family of 4 living in Aspen...and in the first two of 4 months of our working together he went from $3 million to $35 million in sales and attributes this entirely to the work we have done and that was just the money portion of his life but it hasn't stopped there. I share that because it is often the measure of success.
When I stepped into the value that I offer, my clients could do the same and now I have clients asking if they can be "Aspen clients" meaning they wanted the same velocity of change so where no longer willing to pay the rates they had been grandfathered in at years before because they knew they could only receive $150 an hour worth of value.
This is not about having physical things, in fact in the month of September, I rented out my home in Denver and donated almost all my belongings because after being in a small cabin in the mountains,
I realized I didn't need any of the things back at my home that I had accumulated for so many years.The "things" are not what is most precious to me, it is being able to feel the way I want to feel on a daily basis. And then the crazy thing is that when you step into YOU more than you ever have…all kinds of other things show up in the physical and tangible world. So you get both.I know this for myself and I know this for you and what I know is that we can receive this all, more efficiently and to a greater capacity than ever before. And how I know we are at choice both in how we feel inside and in what we generate in our physical world is because of what I have experienced in the past year.

We can choose like never before.......

Just a couple of examples are choosing 4 hours before a Stevie Nicks Concert that I wanted to get my story to her that had just gone to the bestsellers list earlier that day and with no ticket and 3 hours away in Aspen, I ended up at the concert, 7th row, dead center and back stage without a pass and my story in the hands of Stevie's stage manager with a promise to get it to her. I have story after story of this and one of my Transformation Intensive clients went from selling 3 million in real estate each of the last 3 years in 2 months out of the 4 we've been working together to $35 million..not in 12 month, but in 2 and attritubes it entirely to the work we've done. Left a year ago on a writing sabbatical, knowing I wanted to be in Aspen but without a place to live or the financial means to do so and now 9 months later I am in a cabin with a view that I'm told the billionaires pay milions for and and am 1 of 6 that have it. Made the decision that I wanted to go someplace special for my birthday and a week later I was in Italy and traveled and since have been in 4 countries and now will be traveling abroad for as long as I want. In August I walked into my cabin and said to myself, wow, I don't think I'm going back to Denver and it is time for me to create some more income but I really don't have the energy right now to generate this. So I declared what I required...money without having to generate it. The next day I received a phone call from someone that asked..."You aren't planning on renting out your place are you?" I said, "Well I wasn't, but maybe...". She then began to hand to me on a silver platter something I could have never dreamed up or even asked for. She proceeded to say, "Well I'd like to consider renting your place and I am wondering that if I pay for 12 months up front at whatever monthly rent you decide, if I can get a 10% discount and then at the end of 12 months. This was the exact amount I was needing. And because of the place I have stepped into, my Transformational Intensive clients I am realzing that I am a space for this to occur in my clients. Because of the massive change and just choosing what I desire and this is different than the spiritual of the secret unfulfilled.
